Suno kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, 25 million tanan ka COVID-19 vaccine doses sang Sinovac ang gin-secure sang Pilipinas.

Ang nabilin nga vaccine doses ang iga-deliver lang “later this year” apang wala pa sang pinal nga petsa nga ginhatag.

“Darating na ang bakuna sa Pilipinas sa susunod na buwan. Huwag naman kayong masyadong mag-celebrate d’yan dahil ang unang dadating po ay 50,000 doses lamang ng vaccine galing sa Sinovac. But at least, magsisimula na rin tayo,” pahayag ni Roque sa online briefing.

Suno pa kay Roque, lauman nga maabot naman sa Pilipinas sa bulan sang Hunyo ang bakuna sang Pfizer; samtang maabot naman ang bakuna sang AstraZeneca sa Hulyo.

“There’s nothing spectacular about Sinovac, other than it’s been proven safe and efficient. We expect that it will be paid. But let’s see, maybe—just maybe, I’m speculating—China will donate some of it. Let’s see. After all, we do have very close relations with China,” pahayag ni Roque may kaangtanan sa ginalauman nga i-donate lang sang Beijing, China ang iban sa mga bakuna.
