Sa idalom sang Republic Act 11918 ukon modified MORE Power franchise, nasaad nga mahimo na maghatag ang MORE Power sang electricity services sa Syudad sang Iloilo kag Passi; kag mangin sa banwa sang Alimodian, Leganes, Leon, New Lucena, Pavia, San Miguel, Santa Barbara, Zarraga, Anilao, Banate, Barotac Nuevo, Dingle, Duenas, Dumangas kag San Enrique.
Ang mga service areas nga ginhatag sa MORE Power ang ginalakipan sang mga lugar nga naserbisyuhan man sang Iloilo Electric Cooperatives (ILECO) I kag III – ang power utilities nga naghatag sang kuryente sa mga consumers sa sulod na sang pila ka dekada.
Matandaan nga nangin kontrobersyal ang pag-take over sang MORE Power sa power distribution assets sang private firm nga Panay Electric Company (PECO) santo man sa ruling sang Supreme Court.
Ang RA 11918 ang isa lang sa mga hagna nga wala na-veto ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. matapos nabilin nga pending sang Duterte administration.
Nasaad sa layi nga ang MORE Power “shall not sell, lease, transfer, grant the usufruct of, nor assign this franchise or the rights and privileges acquired thereunder to any person, firm, company, corporation or other commercial or legal entity, nor merge with any other corporation or entity, nor shall transfer the controlling interest of the grantee – whether as a whole or in part.”
