Suno sa Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), ginaproseso na nila ang legal procedures kag ginahikot ang repatriation sang mga bangkay.
“The workers’ cause of death was attributed to the inhalation of non-breathable, toxic gases from the fire,” suno kay labor attaché Manuel Dimaano sa statement sang DMW.
Sa pihak nga bahin, ang DMW Regional Office kag ang Overseas Workers Welfare Administration sa Western Visayas ang nakabisita naman sa mga pamilya sang mga biktima sa Capiz kag may ginhatag nga financial assistance.
“The Department of Migrant Workers extends its heartfelt condolences to the grieving families and assures them of its full support,” kabahin sang statement sang ahensya.
