𝗦𝗧𝗔. 𝗕𝗔π—₯𝗕𝗔π—₯𝗔, π—œπ—Ÿπ—’π—œπ—Ÿπ—’ – A wife tearfully recounted the reason behind a deadly shooting incident involving her two husbands in Sitio Riles, Barangay Lanag, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.

The woman at the center of the dispute, identified as Alyas “May-may”, 42, a resident of the area, is the mother of seven children. She revealed that the two men involved in the violent incident were both connected to herβ€”Rodito Celis Jr., 44, her current partner, and Ronald Susvilla, 45, her former live-in partner.

Celis, currently in a relationship with Alyas “May-may,” is married but his spouse is working abroad. He also has children from that marriage. Susvilla, her ex-live-in partner, also has a wife abroad and children.

In an interview with Bombo Radyo, Alyas shared that she began a relationship with Susvilla in 2019, during which they had a son together. However, after becoming pregnant, she said Susvilla’s behavior began to change for the worse, eventually leading her to break up with him in November of the previous year. Despite their separation, Alyas noted that Susvilla did not want the public to know about their breakup due to embarrassment.

In December, a confrontation took place between the three, during which Alyas decided to continue her relationship with Celis and officially break up with Susvilla.

On the day of the incident, Susvilla reportedly went to their house. At that time, Celis was lying on the bed while Alyas was in the kitchen. To her shock, Alyas heard a gunshot, and upon checking, she saw that Susvilla had shot Celis.

Authorities later recovered seven empty shell casings and two unfired bullets at the crime scene.

Following the incident, Susvilla fled the scene. Celis was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries, which were fatal wounds to the chest and neck.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to search for the suspect.
