Based on the final and official results, Iloilo secured 44 gold medals, 21 silver medals, and 9 bronze medals, sealing the championship title.
Following closely behind is Negros Occidental, earning 17 gold, 17 silver, and 13 bronze medals, landing them the 1st Runner-up spot.
Aklan claimed the 2nd Runner-up position with 5 gold, 13 silver, and 13 bronze medals, while Antique settled for 3rd Runner-up with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
Meanwhile, Capiz ranked 4th Runner-up with 8 silver and 19 bronze medals but failed to secure any gold medals. Guimaras finished at the bottom as the 5th Runner-up with 2 silver and 1 bronze medal.
