Ila nga gin-withdraw ang articles nga may kaangtanan sa bribery, grave threats, kag misuse sang confidential funds.

“The burden of proof lies with us. We have proven that there’s really that probable cause that makes the Vice President liable in violating the Constitution and therefore must be removed from office,” suno kay Adiong.
Dugang niya: “The burden of evidence shifted to the defense, and I think it’s time that they can also provide documents that would prove that despite the allegations, despite the testimonies from AMLC, from bank managers, from many other witnesses we have presented in the impeachment court, walang culpable violation ang ating bise presidente.”
