Ini ang pagkabig ni anay presidential spokesperrson Atty. Harry Roque tuhoy sa ginapangatubang sini nga inciting to sedition charges.
Suno kay Roque, “badge of honor” ini bangud sa ginakontra na sang gobyerno ang mga tawo.
“So ang sinasabi ko as a long term advocate for freedom of expression, hinding-hindi ka pwedeng magpakulong for speech unless there is a clear and present danger,” pahayag niya.
Gindepensahan naman ni Roque ang pagguwa niya sang “polvoron” video nga nangin basehan para i-reklamo siya sang inciting to sedition.
“That’s never incitement to sedition. Its freedom of expression and the right of the people to information on matters affecting their everyday lives,” dugang pa.
