𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 – The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) will conduct a Piso Caravan as part of its celebration of the Dinagyang Festival.
The BSP announced that the program supports its Clean Note and Coin Policy, allowing the public to exchange dirty, damaged, and torn currency at the Piso Caravan booth located at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) – Solis Branch, Iloilo City.
The caravan is scheduled to begin on January 23, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
BSP personnel will evaluate the condition of the money based on the 3S standards—size, signature, and security thread—following BSP guidelines.
Financial institutions supervised by the BSP and interested in joining the Piso Caravan Program are encouraged to coordinate with the nearest BSP regional office or branch.
