Sa sulat nga ginpadala kag ginpirmahan sang Oktubre 28, 2025 ni Pablo Virgilio S. Cardinal David, Bishop of Kalookan kag president sang CBCP, gin-engganyo sini ang mga diocese, mga parokya, kag mga Katoliko nga institusyon sa bilog nga Pilipinas nga suportahan ang Dugong Bombo.
Ginapangabay sini nga imbitaron ang mga tumuluo nga magpasakop bilang boluntaryo nga blood donors.
“The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) is pleased to endorse and support the nationwide program of Bombo Radyo Philippines, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, entitled “Dugong Bombo 2025: A Little Pain… A Life to Gain,” kabahin sang endorsement letter.
Dugang sini: “In keeping with its tradition of service, Dugong Bombo has become one of the country’s largest and most consistent annual bloodletting events. It exemplifies the Christian spirit of charity, compassion, and solidarity values that lie at the very heart of our faith. Every drop of blood donated becomes a concrete expression of love for neighbor, echoing the words of Christ: ‘Greater love has no one than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.’ (John 15:13).”
Gina-engganyo man ni Cardinal David nga ipadala ang imbitasyon sa mga tumuluo paagi sa pagpakigbahin sini nga adbokasiya sa mga misa kag mga anunsyo sa Parokya sa mga adlaw antes ang Nobyembre 15 nga amo ang petsa sang bloodletting event.

“In this light, the CBCP encourages our dioceses, parishes, and Catholic institutions throughout the Philippines to support and promote this noble endeavor, particularly by inviting the faithful to participate as voluntary blood donors and by sharing the advocacy in Masses and parish announcements in the days leading up to the event.
Let us unite in prayer and action with the organizers and partners of Dugong Bombo 2025 in their mission to save lives and spread hope. May this initiative inspire our communities to live out the call to self-giving love, especially during this Jubilee Year of Hope,” suno pa sa Cardinal.
