The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday proclaimed 52 party-list groups as winners in the 2025 national and local elections, securing their seats in the House of Representatives for the 20th Congress.

Originally set to proclaim 54 groups, the poll body held off on finalizing the seats for the Duterte Youth and Bagong Henerasyon party-lists, which received three and one seats, respectively. Their proclamation was suspended pending further review.

Leading the party-list race is Akbayan, which garnered over 2.77 million votes (6.63%), earning the maximum three seats in Congress. Tingog Party-list will also occupy three seats, while Duterte Youth, despite its high vote count, remains on hold.

Other top-performing groups include 4Ps, ACT-CIS, and Ako Bicol, which secured two seats each. Meanwhile, 46 other party-lists will each be granted one seat.

Among the notable newcomers and returning groups are USWAG Ilonggo, Solid North, Senior Citizen, COOP-NATCCO, and Kabataan.
