𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 – Starting at 2:00 PM today, several roads in the City Proper area will be closed for the blocking and rehearsal of the different tribes for the opening salvo of the Kasadyahan and Dinagyang Festival 2025.
The affected areas include Iznart St., JM Basa St., the road in front of the Iloilo Provincial Capitol, and the Freedom Grandstand.
The request for these road closures was approved by the city council during the first regular session earlier today.
Tomorrow, the road closures will begin again at 2:00 PM for the Kasadyahan Festival opening salvo rehearsals, while on Friday, similar closures will be implemented for the Dinagyang Festival’s opening salvo.
Motorists and commuters are advised to take alternative routes and plan their travel accordingly.
