An Israeli airstrike on a school in northern Gaza, which was being used as a shelter, has resulted in the deaths of at least 25 people. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have defended the attack, claiming that the location was being used by Hamas militants as a hideout.

According to estimates from the Civil Defense agency, four missiles struck the school. Over 100 individuals have also been reported injured in the strike on Dar al-Arqam School, where two of its buildings were targeted.

This attack is part of a broader series of Israeli airstrikes, with no fewer than 100 casualties reported within just one day of the bombings.
