Ini may kaangtanan sa pagdakop kay anay Presidente Rodrigo Duterte kag pagdala sa iya sa International Criminal Court (ICC) sa The Hague, Netherlands sang Marso 11, 2025.
Gin-dismiss man ang complaint batok sa iya utod nga si Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla.
Matandaan nga una naman nga nagpahayag si Senator Marcos nga maga-file ini sang motion for reconsideration sa Ombudsman.
Lakip sa complaints nga iya ginpasaka amo ang grave misconduct kag conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service; kag arbitrary detention, usurpation of judicial functions, grave threats, graft, usurpation of authority ukon official functions, false testimony in other cases, kag perjury.
