Gin-engganyo ni President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang mga Pilipino nga suportahan ang local films sa idalom sang Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) nga subong naga-selebrar na sang ila ika-50 nga tuig.
Sa video message sang presidente, ginpahayag sini nga mas maayo gid kun dal-on ang mga abyan, pamilya, kag barkada sa mga sinehan subong nga holiday season kag itib-ong ang mga istorya nga iya sang Pilipinas.
Espesyal man ini nga tuig suno kay Marcos bangud gina-feature sini ang “golden stories” sang Filipino people.
“This Christmas, our stories as a people will take centerstage. This is because of the special celebration of the 50th year of the Metro Manila Film Festival that has been part of our lives and culture as Filipinos,” pahayag sang chief executive.
“The good movies that are participating in the golden year of MMFF will surely provide golden cheers and will leave behind golden lessons. Let us support the stories of the Filipinos,” dugang sini.
Nagsugod ang 2024 MMFF sang Disyembre 25, 2024 kag magalawig tubtub sa Enero 7, 2025.
