Ginpahayag sini nga naga-isa siya kay Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sonny Angara kag sa iban pa sa government agencies agud nga mapaayo pa ang kalidad sang edukasyon sa pungsod, matib-ong ang kinamatarong sang mga manunudlo, kag magsunod sa nagabag-o man nga kinahanglanon sang academic landscape.
”Public school teachers will be properly compensated once they exceed the prescribed six hours of classroom teaching every day. We are instituting these measures to foster a more balanced and conducive work environment for our public school teachers,” kabahin sang speech sang presidente.
Ginmensyonar man sini sa iya speech ang expanded career progression (ECP) system para sa public school teachers nga amo ang magatutok sa ila nga career advancement kag professional development.
Ginsulit sini ang iya pahayag sa iya anay State of the Nation Address (SONA) nga wala sang public school teacher nga maga-retiro nga Teacher 1 sa gihapon.
“With this flexibility to move between classroom teaching and school administration, you can grow professionally, explore new roles, and assume leadership positions,” dugang sini.
