Nakasaad ini sa joint statement sang Young Guns bloc nga ginabug-usan nanday Taguig 2nd District Rep. Amparo Maria Zamora, Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Raul Angelo Bongalon, La Union 1st District Rep. Paolo Ortega, kag Zambales 1st District Rep. Jefferson Khonghun.
Pahayag nila, kulang sa substance ang mga sabat ni Sara kag defensive man ang tono sini sa press conference kahapon.

“Vice President Sara Duterte’s press conference on Friday, February 7, was meant to downplay the seriousness of the impeachment complaint against her. Instead, her dismissive remarks only reinforced the perception that she is deeply anxious about the trial ahead,” suno sa mga mamalidha.
“Her statement, lacking substance and punctuated by vague, defensive quips, failed to address the grave allegations against her. She did not offer a direct rebuttal to the charges but instead framed the impeachment as a premeditated effort dating back to late 2023. Rather than discussing the case’s legal merits, she simply deferred the matter to her lawyers and implied that proceedings had not yet advanced beyond the initial stages,” dugang sang lawmakers.

“Her attempt at nonchalance cannot mask the reality of the situation. Her statements reflected an underlying fear, poorly disguised as indifference. The overwhelming majority of the House of Representatives has already found probable cause for impeachment, and now the Senate must fulfill its constitutional role in determining her political fate,” dugang pa sa pahayag.
Sang Miyerkules, 215 ka mga mamalidha ang nagpirma para ma-impeach sa Kamara si Sara. Si presidential son Rep. Sandro Marcos ang una nga signatory kag si House Speaker Martin Romualdez naman ang katapusan nga nagpirma.
Kahapon, Pebrero 7, may yara sang House release nga nagsaad nga may 25 pa gid ka dugang nga representatives nga nagpirma man para sa impeachment — buot silingon, 240 na subong ang complainants halin sa Kamara.
Yara subong ang bola sa Senado para sa patigayunon nga impeachment trial.
