Liwat nga nagpaguwa sang statement si Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. nga nagapanindugan nga wala sang kudeta nga matabo sa idalom sang iya liderato.
Sa tunga ini sang pagtuhaw liwat sang mga espekulasyon kaangot sa internal unrest sa sulod sang militar.
Sa isa ka statement, ginsulit ni Brawner ang wala-punaw nga pagsunod sang organisasyon sa Konstitusyon amo man sa chain of command.
Pahayag ni Brawner, tubtub nga siya ang chief of staff, wala sang kudeta nga matabo kag indi sila magpalingkang sa anuman nga rumor ukon gahod.
“As long as I serve as Chief of Staff, no coup shall happen. Not on my watch. We will not be shaken by rumor, nor outmaneuvered by noise,” pahayag sini. “Let me reassure our countrymen that the AFP remains strong, professional, and firmly loyal to the chain of command. We are a disciplined institution, grounded in respect for the Constitution, civilian authority, and the rule of law.”
Gindugang sini nga bug-os ang iya salig sa integridad, propesyonalismo, kag patriyotismo sang mga soldado.
May mensahe man ini sa mga nagatuga sang ‘instability’ sa organisasyon:
“To those who persist in creating instability, I offer this not as a rebuke, but as a reminder. Do not sow doubt among the very ranks that safeguard our democracy. Do not attempt to influence or mislead soldiers who serve quietly, honorably, and with steadfast loyalty to our Constitution and our country.”
Nagpaandam man si Brawner sang kunsekwensya sa mga tawo nga nagapalapta sang binutig kag sala-sala nga mga impormasyon sa tuyo nga gub-on ang institusyon. Pahayag sini, gintukod ang militar agud nga depensahan ang Pilipinas, gani nga indi ini dapat pag-atakehon gamit ang wala-basehan nga mga naratibo.
“Let us not be adversaries in the same nation we all claim to love. Let us be better stewards of our words, platforms, and influence, because patriotism is not measured by how loudly we speak, but by how wisely we choose unity over division, and nation-building over disruption,” kabahin pa sang statement.

May panawagan anay si Duterte sa militar nga tadlungon ang “fractured governance” ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., apang nagsabat ang AFP chief nga indi military junta ang sabat sa mga problema sa pungsod.
