Naglab-ot sa P2,380,000 ang balor sang suspected shabu nga nakumpiskar sa ginpatigayon nga drug buy bust operation sang City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) sa 7th Street, Lawaan, Village, Brgy. Balantang, Jaro Iloilo City.
Ang mga naaresto amo kanday Hazel Losare, 36, single kag residente sang amo nga barangay, kag si Jose Ariel Brito, 41, kasado, mini bus driver, kag residente sang Brgy. Palaypay, Anilao. Sila nga duha ang lunsay natumod nga mga High Value Individual.
Sa report sang Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO), nakasaad nga nakuha sa operasyon ang kapin 350 grams sang suspected shabu.
Una nga nakabakal ang police poseur buyer sang isa ka sachet, kag natigayon nga nakuha sa possession ang 25 ka plastic sachets kag apat ka knot-tied plastic sachets.
Suno kay Police Captain Ryan Christ Inot, Chief sang CDEU, duha ka semana ang nangin monitoring sang pulis antes natigayon ang drug buy bust.
Nakumpirma man nga naga-operate ang mga ini sa syudad kag probinsya sang Iloilo. Gin-ako naman sang mga arestado nga nagagamit sila sang iligal nga droga apang ginapanginwala nga nagabaligya ang mga ini.
Igatugyan ang nakumpiskar nga illegal drug items sa PNP Iloilo City Forensic Unit, samtang gintugyan naman sa Police Station 4 ang mga arestado para sa nagakaigo nga disposisyon sang ila kaso.
‘NEVER AGAIN’
Sa statement naman ni Mayor Jerry Treñas, gindayaw sini ang pamunuan sang ICPO sa idalom ni City Director PCOL Kim Legada kag ang CDEU sa idalom ni Inot sa isa na naman ka madinalag-on nga operasyon.

The successful buy-bust operation conducted today at 7th Street, Lawaan Village, Brgy. Balantang, Jaro, Iloilo City, which led to the arrest of two High-Value Individuals (HVIs) and the confiscation of approximately 350 grams of suspected shabu valued at P2.38 million, is a testament to their dedication to keeping Iloilo City safe from the dangers of illegal drugs.
I especially recognize the outstanding work of the ICPO City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), led by PCPT Ryan Christ C. Inot and PLT Joelie John M. Bandojo, in collaboration with RPDEU 6 operatives and PDEG SOU6 intelligence operatives.
