Ginpangalanan bilang ‘most trusted government-run corporation’ ang Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) sa bag-o lang ginlunsyar nga nationwide trust survey.
Suno sa state-run agency, nakakuha sila sang mataas nga trust rating sa mga government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) base sa 2021 Philippine Trust Index (PTI).
Ang PTI amo ang isa ka nationwide survey nga nagatakos sang trust rate sang mga Filipinos sa gobyerno, business sector, media, simbahan, academe kag nongovernment organizations.
Suno kay Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Acmad Rizaldy Moti, dako ang gin-improve sang ila ahensya pag-abot sa digital assets sa diin napadayon sang members ang ila mga transaction via online sa tunga sang pandemya.
“We have proven that during this health crisis, you can always count on our Lingkod Pag-IBIG brand of service. And while we have previously received awards and recognition, we are even more grateful that it is the public itself, the people we serve, that ranked us as the most trustworthy GOCC in the country for 2021,” pahayag ni Moti.
Naglab-ot sa 89 percent ang trust rating sang Pag-IBIG, ika-duha sa Department of Education nga nakakuha sang 91-percent trust rating, pinakataas sa mga government-owned and-controlled corporations.
