Nagbuya si Atty. Michael Poa sa iya katungdanan bilang spokesperson sang defense team ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa impeachment trial bangud sa iya status bilang isa sa mga testigo.
Ginapaabot nga tawgon sang House prosecution panel si Poa bilang testigo subong nga adlaw, Septyembre 2.
Suno kay defense counsel Atty. Justin Nicol Gular, nagdesisyon ang team nga magpa-iway anay si Poa sa iya papel bilang spokesperson agud masunod ang proper decorum kag proseso sang impeachment proceedings.
“I think, for the defense team, I think it’s just proper that considering that Atty. Michael Poa ay isasalang po sa impeachment court, common etiquette and proper decorum dictates… he needs to at the moment, step aside from serving as the defense team’s spokesperson,” suno sa defense counsel.
Si Gular anay subong ang magaserbe bilang deputy spokesperson sang defense team.
Ginpahayag man sini nga wala na sila nagakomunikar kay Poa halin sang nahibaluan nga mangin testigo ini kag wala naman ini sa defense holding room.
“Of course, we respect the impeachment proceeding, wala na po kaming (we hade no) communication at that point,” dugang niya.
