Si Gorriceta ang isa sa 215 nga mga mamalidha nga nagpabor sa impeachment batok kay Duterte rason nga natigayon nga ma-transmit sa Senado ang Articles of Impeachment.
Sa interview sang Bombo Radyo kay Gorriceta, iya ginpahayag nga nakakumiter si Duterte sang seryoso nga krimen bangud sa pagpahog nga patyon si Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr. kag amo man ang sala kag kwestyonable nga paggamit sang pondo sang gobyerno.
