Ini ang Senate Resolution 1371 nga suno sa long-time Duterte ally, siya lang ang author, kag lain man sa draft resolution nga ginhimo ni Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa.
“Yung draft ko, walang kinalaman sa draft ni ganito, sa draft ni ganon. Akin yun, sa sarili ko,” suno kay Padilla. Dugang sini: “Kahit sunugin mo ako dito, mangangamoy Rodrigo Roa Duterte ako!”
Naka-angkla ang resolution ni Padilla sa manifestation ni Sen. Francis Tolentino sa plenaryo sang Hunyo 2 kun sa diin ginsiling nga wala na sang bastante nga tion agud nga umpisahan kag tapuson ang proceedings antes mag-takop ang 19th Congress sa Hunyo 13.

“Whereas, the Articles of Impeachment against Vice President Sara Zimmerman Duterte is one such pending matter, and the consideration thereof is one such pending proceeding,” kabahin sang resolution.
