The Supreme Court has ordered the House of Representatives and the Senate to submit their comments on Vice President Sara Duterte’s petition seeking the dismissal of the impeachment case against her.
Supreme Court spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting announced that both chambers have ten days to comply with the directive.
The Vice President filed the petition questioning the legal basis of the impeachment complaint.
