Residents of Bacolod City were startled early Wednesday morning after spotting what appeared to be a long-haired figure in a white dress walking along the road—leading many to believe it was a so-called “White Lady” ghost.
The figure was seen around 3:00 a.m. along Lacson Street in Barangay Mandalagan and was caught on video by the Bombo News Team.
Upon closer inspection, it was confirmed that the figure was actually a man believed to be mentally ill. He was barefoot, with long hair covering his face, and appeared to be acting erratically.
Personnel from Bacolod City Police Station 3 immediately responded to the area.
Officers said they were closely monitoring the man’s movements to ensure he does not pose a threat to others or to himself.
