Ginpanawagan ni acting Senate President Win Gatchalian sa iya mga kaupdanan nga magpartisipar sa special session nga ginpatawag ni President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.
Pareho nga ginpatawag ang Senado kag ang Kamara nga magtipon bwas, Hunyo 17, alas nueve sa aga.
Kahapon sang gin-isyu sang presidente ang Proclamation No. 1318 nga nagapanawagan sa Kongreso nga i-konsiderar ang pagpasar sang pila ka mga hagna lakip na ang Anti-Political Dynasty Bill kadungan sang ila himuon nga special session.
Ginahingyo man sang presidente nga tugutan ang Commission on Appointments nga mag-convene kag i-confirm ang appointments sa Gabinete, sa militar, kag sa foreign services.
Suno naman kay Gatchalian, dapat nga magpakigbahin sila sa proceedings agud nga maaktuhan na ang mga hagna nga importante para sa mga Pilipino.
“I invite my colleagues to attend and take part in the proceedings as we act on measures that matter to the Filipino people. The Senate must continue to work, fulfill its mandate, and respond to the needs of our nation,” suno kay Gatchalian sa iya press release.

Sa special session, lakip sa nalista nga mga measure para sa konsiderasyon amo ang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations Act; Amendments to the Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education Act; Amendments to the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act; Amendments to the Masustansyang Pagkain Para sa Batang Pilipino Act; kag proposed Anti-Political Dynasty law.
“These are measures that directly affect the lives of every Filipino. Every bill listed here is intended to benefit the people, and we will ensure that they are enacted swiftly, efficiently, and properly,” suno kay Gatchalian.
Sa Kamara naman, nagpahayag si Speaker Bojie Dy nga handa ang lower house nga pamatian ang panawagan sang presidente. Dugang sang House Speaker, handa sila nga magtrabaho upod sa Senado kag sa Executive Branch agud nga makumpleto na ang legislative process.
“The House has already laid much of the groundwork for these priority reforms. We stand ready to work with the Senate and the Executive Branch to complete the legislative process and deliver meaningful benefits to the Filipino people,” suno kay Dy.
