“Due to Tropical Cyclone KIYAPO enhancing the Southwest Monsoon, Iloilo City can expect moderate to heavy rains (50–100mm) this Saturday, July 25, 2026, with added flood risk from upstream runoff,” suno naman kay Mayor Raisa Treñas. “For the safety of our students and educational personnel, classes from basic education to graduate studies is to shift to alternative delivery mode this Saturday.”
