Ginmanduan sang Department of Energy (DOE) kag sang Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) ang National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) nga magpasa sang comprehensive incident report kasunod sang mga power supply disruptions sa Luzon kag sa Visayas.
Ini kasunod sang deklarasyon nga may yellow kag red alert status nga nag-apekto sa Luzon kag Visayas nga mga grid halin sang Mayo 12-14.
Suno sa duha ka ahensya, dapat nga maghimo ang grid operator sang full accounting sang natabo nga temporary power supply cut.
Pahayag sang DOE, bangud sa natabo, nabutang sa risgo ang minilyon nga mga Pilipino nga konsumidor.
“The DOE is focused on ensuring stable power supply, protecting consumers, and enforcing accountability across the power sector,” suno kay DOE Secretary Sharon Garin.
“The public deserves a full and transparent accounting of the incidents that led to these grid alerts, and we are requiring NGCP to comply fully with all reportorial and regulatory obligations,” dugang niya.

“NGCP’s current efforts are focused on maintaining the stability of the Luzon and Visayas grids while awaiting the normalization of supply,” kabahin sang statement.
