San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo, after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and say):
Ang nagapamangkot sang judicial affidavit ko nga ini amo si PSSg Glenn Mark Abayon nga isa ka pulis nga nadistino sa Tigbauan Municipal Police Station, Tigbauan, Iloilo. Naluntad ang pagpamangkot na kanakon sa sulod sang Investigation Room sang Tigbauan Police Station. (The person who is questioning my judicial affidavit is PSSg Glenn Mark Abayon, a police officer assigned at Tigbauan Municipal Police Station. The questioning was held inside the Investigation Room of said station.)
Ginasabat ko ang mga pamangkot kanakon sa idalom sang pagpanumpa na magasugid lang ako kang tuod kag naman-an ko na pwede ako maakusar kung magbinutig ako. (I am answering the questions under oath that I will just tell the truth and I know that I can be held criminally liable if I will give false testimony).

truth in this investigation.) - Q- Nahibaluan mo bala Kung nga-a ari ka diri sa Tigbauan Police Station nga maghatag sang imu panaysayun? (Do you know why you are here in our office to give your statement?)
A – Huod Sir, Ari ako para maghatag sang akun nga panaysayun sunu sa akun nga nakita kag bilang saksi sa natabo nga insidente nga pagpaniro ka suspek nga si John Castro sa biktima nga si Joevanie Triste nga natabo mga takna alas 10:50 sang aga sang petsa 24 sang Oktubre 2024. (Yes Sir, I am here to give my statements and the same time as a witness regarding the incident wherein suspect John Cstro Jr shot the victim Joevanie Triste that transpired at about 10:50AM of 24 October 2024 at Brgy. San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo,). - Q- Sa diin ka sang Oktubre 24, 2024 mga takna 10:50 sang aga?) (Where were you on October 24, 2024 at about 10:50AM.?)
A- Ara ako sa amun nga lugar sa may Brgy. San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo, upod kami sang biktima nga si Joevanie Triste. (I was there in our place at Brgy. San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo together with the victim Joevanie Triste.) - Q- Pwede mo bala masaysay sa akon kung anu ang natabo sadto nga oras kag adlaw kung imu madumduman? (Can you narrate to me what particular incident transpired on the said time and date if you re call?)
A- Huod Sir! (Yes Sir!), Sang Oktubre 24, 2024 mga takna Alas 10:50 sang aga sa Brgy. San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo, sang nagapanaw kami upod ni Joevanie Triste nasugata namun ang suspek nga si John Castro samtang nagapadulhog kami paagto sa suba para daad mangtapas sang kawayan nga nagasablay sa kurente, ginbugno ko pa gani si John Castro kag nagyuhom man siya sa amun poh daw pirit nga yuhum. Nagsige lang kami ni Joevanie panaw kag ako nagsulod sa kudal sang ugasaran ni Joevanie para tapson man daad ang kawayan nga nagasablay sa kurente kag siya naman ya nagdulhog pakadto sa suba malapit malang sa akon ginpwestuhan. Kag sa indi madugay nakita ko si Joevanie nga nagapatakas halin sa suba kag sa didto nakibot nalang ako nga may nagsinggit nga “Dako nga perwesyo ang ginta-o mo kanakon!”. Urihi ko nalang matulupangdan nga si Castro gale ang nagsinggit sadto kay Joevanie. (On October 24, 2024 at about 10:50AM at Brgy. San Rafael, Tigbauan, Iloilo, while I and Joevanie Triste were walking we were able to meet the suspect John Castro while we were going to the creek to cut the bamboo that obstruct, I greet John Castro and in return he smiled at us but it seems he been forced. We continued walking and I went inside the premises of the house of Joevanie Triste to cut the bamboo that obstruct at the wire, while Joevanie went at the creek a near distance at me. Later, I saw Joevanie going up coming from the creek and I slowly left inside there, suddenly I was shocked that there was a person shouted to quote “Dako nga perwesyo ang ginta-o mo kanakon kap!”, later, I saw that John Castro was the one who shouted to Joevanie.) - Q-Ano dayun ang sunod nga natabo? (What happened next?)
A- Nakita kag nabati-an ko nga nagsabat man si Joevanie kay Castro nga “Wara man ako kata-o perwisyo kanimu”. Nagbalos man sabat si Castro kay Joevanie nga “Dako nga perwisyo gid ang ginta-o nyo kanakon pati si Barcelona!”. Nabati-an ko pagid nga naghambal si Castro kay kap nga “Butang binangon m!” Nagsabat man si Joevanie nga “Nga-a abi ibutang ko binangon ko”. (I saw and heard that Joievanie replied to Castro to quote “Wara ako man ako may ginta-o nga perwisyo kanimu” Castro also replied to Joevanie “Dako nga perwisyo gid ang ginta-o nyo kanakon pati si Barcelona! I also heard Castro telling Joevenie to put down his bolo but Joevanie replied why I should put it down). - Q-Ano pagid ang natabo? (What else happened?)
A- Kag nakita ko nga gulpi lang naghunos sang armas si Castro sa iya atubang, kag nakita ko ang bata ni Castro nga si Jaypee Castro nga nagsinggit “Tay Tay Indi Indi”. Dayun gulpi lang nga gintiro ni Castro si Joevanie kag nakita ko nga natumba si Joevanie kag ginpalapitan pagid ini siya ni Castro kag gintiro pila ka beses samtang nagabatang ron tana sa aragyan. (I saw that Castro suddenly pulled out a gun in front of him, but I saw his son Jaypee Castro shouted on him to quote “Tay Tay Indi Indi”. Then all of the sudden Castro shot Joevanie and I saw Joevanie fell on the ground, thereafter Castro went closer to Joevanie and shot him again several times while he was already lying on the road.) - Q- Sang pagkakita mo nga gintiro ni Castro si Joevanie ano ang ginhimu mo? (When you saw Castro shot Joevanie what did you do?)
A- Sa kakulba nga basi ako man ang tiruhon ni Castro nalagyo ako pero ginlagas pagid ako ni castro kag ginsinggitan nga “Wara ka may nakita ha!” kag nangayo ako bulig sa mga tawo nga si kap gintiro. (Becasuse of my fear that I was also been shot by Castro, I fled but Castro chased and shouted on me to quote “Wara ka may nakita ha!” and I asked for a help to the people there that Joevanie was shot.) - Q- May nabal an ka bala nga rason kung nga-a gintiro ka suspek ang biktima? (Do you know any reason why the suspect shot the victim?)
A-Wara Sir. (None Sir) - Q- Sa subong, wala na ako sang ipamangkot sa imo may gusto ka pa bala nga idugang o ilisan sa imo panaysayun? (I have no more questions to ask, do you have something to add or change in your statement?)
A – Wala na Sir! (No more Sir!) - Q-Imo bala na intindihan ang tanan nga ginapamangkot sa imo subong man sa sa imo ginsabat? (Do you fully understand the questions asked to you as well as your answers thereto?)
