Patay ang tatlo ka senior scouts kag na-ospital ang 10 ka iban pa matapos nakuryente sa campsite sang Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) sa Mount Abong-Abong, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.
Ang fatalities ang naga-edad sang 17, 18, kag 22-anyos kag mga residente sang mga Barangay Sta. Catalina, Pasonanca, kag Tetuan.
Sa statement sang BSP Zamboanga City Council, ginhingadlan ang mga biktima nga sanday Outdoorsman Scout Geoffree Atilano, Outdoorsman Scout Kevin Emmanuel Iguid, kag Outdoorsman Scout Alvien Gaspar.
“These Scouts embodied the true spirit of Scouting—enthusiastically sharing their knowledge, skills, and giving of themselves in service to others. Their joy, dedication, and commitment to duty will forever be remembered and cherished by all who knew them. Now, they stand before God, having fulfilled their duty in the most profound way. They are Scouts eternally,” kabahin sang statement.
