Gin-umpisahan na sang Department of Justice (DOJ) ang proseso agud ma-tag sang Anti-Terrorism Council nga isa ka terorista si suspended Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves.
Suno kay Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, posible nga tatlo ka iban pa nga mga persona ang ma-tag man nga terorista kaupod sa amo nga mamalidha.
“We started the process of designating Congressman Arnie Teves as a terrorist and a technical working group has been formed to recommend the action of the ATC as to the designation of Arnie Teves and with that, I just made a case out of it,” suno sa tiglikom.
Ginpanindugan man sang tiglikom nga kaangot ini sa ginaalegar nga kahilabtanan ni Teves sa pagpatay kay Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo kag sa walo ka iban pa nga sibilyan sang Marso 4 sa Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
Suno pa sa tiglikom, malapit na lang i-file batok kay Teves ang kaso nga multiple murder kag multiple frustrated murder.
