Kahapon, ginpaidalom na ang National Capital Region (NCR) sa state of calamity bangud sa pagbaha nga resulta sang Bagyo Carina kag enhanced southwest monsoon ukon Habagat.
Apisar nagwa na ang Bagyo Carina sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), padayon sa gihapon nga nagadala sang pag-ulan ukon pagpanalithi ang southwest monsoon ukon Habagat.
Bangud napaidalom na ang Metro Manila sa state of emergency, mahimo na nga magamit sang gobyerno ang quick response funds para sa relief kag rescue operations sa 16 ka mga syudad kag isa ka banwa nga nagabug-os sa NCR.

Dugang pa, epektibo naman ang 60-day price freeze sa basic necessities sa Metro Manila santo sa mando sang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Matapos ang situation briefing, ginlibot naman ni Marcos ang nagkalain-lain nga mga lugar sa NCR nga naapektuhan sang pagbaha.
“I will personally inspect the impacted areas and visit evacuation centers to ensure that our people are getting all the help they need, particularly our senior citizens who require maintenance medicines.”
