The Philippine weather bureau has not monitored any low-pressure area (LPA) within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
However, two weather systems are currently influencing the country’s weather conditions.
The Northeast Monsoon or “Amihan” continues to affect Luzon, bringing cooler temperatures.
Meanwhile, the Easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, are bringing humid weather to other parts of the country.
Satellite images show cloud formations associated with the Easterlies.
