Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil did not allow Senator Bong Go to welcome former President Rodrigo Duterte upon his arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) from Hong Kong.
Go, who has long served as Duterte’s aide, was also stripped of his airport pass, along with Duterte’s personal doctor, Dr. Agnes Medina Del Rosario.
They were supposed to check on the former president’s health condition upon his arrival.
For Go, ensuring Duterte’s well-being is a priority, especially since the former president is now 80 years old.
