Ang trade fair ang kabahin sang SAAD Saga Western Visayas sa diin katuyuan sini nga mahatagan sang kahigayunan ang mga farmers associations nga mapasundayag ang ila produkto.
Duha man ka mga booth ang ginpahamtang para sa SAAD fisherfolk beneficiaries sang DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
Lakip sa mga nagpasakop sa trade exhibit sa Iloilo City amo ang mga myembro sang Bugnay Irrigators’ Association, Inc. kag Tigmamale Valderrama Irrigators’ Association halin sa Valderrama, Antique; Samahan kang Mangunguma kag Mamumugon kang Agricula, kag Aningalan Farmers Irrigators’ Association, Inc. halin sa San Remigio; kag Ratanila Cluster Level Association kag Liberato Farmers’ Association halin sa Laua-an.
Naghatag naman sang pagpanghangkat si DA Western Visayas OIC-Regional Technical Director for Operations and Extension Engr. Jose Albert A. Barrogo agud masigurado nga mapadayon ang proyekto sang mga farmers associations.
“It is expected that the program is not permanent. After the program implementation, the farmers’ associations should know how to sustain these projects and opportunities delivered by DA. Develop and manage your association properly, and level up into being agri-entrepreneurs,” pahayag ni Barrogo.
“I hope that we could generate more successful FAs with SAAD interventions. The DA is creating the opportunities that you should expand and develop,” dugang pa sang natungdan.
“Paagi sa bulig sang SAAD, nangin matawhay kag masulhay ang mga pangabuhi sang tawo tungod halos tanan nga ginhatag nila napuslan namon. Ginahimuan namon sang policy agud mapapag-on pa guid ang mga proyekto kag para ang tanan nga miyembro maka benepisyo,” pahayag ni Ike Gregorio, presidente sang Samahan kang Mangunguma kag Mamumugon kang Agricula sa San Remigio, Antique.
Ang iya asosasyon ang naka-produce sang certified rice seeds, vegetable seeds, fertilizer, native land chicken, egg layer production, carabao, kag farm implements.
