“I’ve heard complaints repeatedly from my old friend Vice Mayor Raymund Gumban (Pavia). He’s told me about this issue because obviously, the inhabitants of Pavia are deeply concerned. I am confident that the DPWH will finally resolve this problem. They know what to do. They are just taking a long, long time,” suno sa presidential sister.
