𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 – The Iloilo City Government has alerted the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) about the reported looting at the Iloilo Terminal Market, also known as “Super.”

In an interview with Bombo Radyo, Maricel Mabaquiao, head of the Local Economic Enterprise Office (LEEO), explained that the issue had not been reported to the Market In Charge.

She acknowledged that due to the large expanse of temporary stalls, full-time surveillance of the entire area is challenging.

Mabaquiao further assured that market guards have been assigned to patrol the area to prevent any recurrence of the looting.

Investigation results revealed that the individuals behind the looting were all minors.

Mabaquiao urged vendors to assign guards to their respective stalls, particularly during nighttime, to ensure the safety of their merchandise.
