Ini nga measure ang naga-mandate sa Department of Tourism nga magpain sang development kag maintenance plan para sa mga areas nga ini para mapat-od ang preservation sa sini nga tourism sites.
Una naman nga ginpabugal ni anay Senate President Franklin M. Drilon nga nangin kritikal man ang suporta sang Aquino administration agud mapatuman ang big-ticket projects sa syudad.
