Marcos Jr. signed into law the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, marking a critical milestone in his administration’s push for economic growth and social development. The signing ceremony, held at the Ceremonial Hall in Malacañan Palace, saw the passage of Republic Act (RA) No. 12116, which allocates a total of P6.326 trillion for government operations from January 1 to December 31, 2025.
