Starting February 4, fuel prices will experience mixed changes as oil companies announce price hikes for gasoline and decreases for diesel and kerosene.
Gasoline prices will increase by P0.70 per liter, while diesel will drop by P1.15 and kerosene will see a P0.90 decrease per liter.
These changes are due to factors such as a boost in US oil inventories, concerns surrounding US President Donald Trump’s tariff proposals, and the influence of the Chinese New Year holiday, the Department of Energy explained.
