She was accompanied at the event by her son, Bimby, and three of her doctors.
Aquino flew to the United States in 2022 to undergo treatment for multiple autoimmune conditions.
She made her homecoming in September 2024.
Earlier this month, she revealed that she is now battling seven autoimmune diseases.
