A vlogger in Consolacion, Cebu, caused a traffic buildup after pretending to be a snail and crawling in the middle of the road.
The stunt, which was captured on video, showed the vlogger slowly moving on all fours while vehicles lined up behind him.
Fortunately, no accidents occurred despite the risky act.
Authorities have since summoned the vlogger for questioning regarding the disruption caused by his actions.
