Ini ang kasunod sang Memorandum Circular No. 106 nga ginpaguwa sang Malacañang kaina sang aga kasunod sang rekomendasyon sang National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).

Epektibo man ang kaangay nga order para sa National Capital Region (NCR), Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, VII, VIII, kag sa Negros Island Region.
Buwas, suspendido man ang trabaho sa government offices sa NCR, CAR, kag sa mga rehiyon sang Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Southern Tagalog, MIMAROPA, Bicol kag Eastern Visayas.
Ini nga tikang sang presidente ang ginhimo sa tunga sang gina-antisipar nga halit nga dal-on ni Super Typhoon Uwan.
“Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and in view of the forecasted major impacts that will be brought about by Super Typhoon “Uwan”, work in government offices in the NCR, CAR, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V and VIII is hereby suspended on 10 November 2025,” kabahin sang memorandum circular.
“Further, classes at all levels in the aforementioned Regions, Region VI (Western Visayas), Region VII (Central Visayas), and the Negros Island Region are also suspended on 10 and 11 November 2025,” dugang pa sa MC 106.
Nakabutang man sa memorandum nga dapat magpadayon sa operasyon ang mga ahensya sang gobyerno nga responsable para sa basic, vital kag health services, preparedness, kag response duties.
“To further ensure continuity of essential government functions, all other government agencies in the aforementioned regions may implement alternate work arrangements, as may be necessary, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations,” sandig pa sa order.
Nakabutang man sa memorandum nga mahimo man iimplementar sang local government units sa iban nga mga rehiyon ang cancellation ukon suspension of classes kag/ukon trabaho sa government offices.
Sa pihak nga bahin, yara naman sa discretion sang tagsa ka management kun i-suspend ang trabaho sa mga pribado nga mga kumpaniya.#
