Ginduso ni House Deputy Majority Leader kag Iloilo City Lone District Rep. Julienne ‘JamJam’ Baronda ang pagkakas kay Marcoleta sa Commission on Appointments (CA) kag sa mga komite sang energy, justice, public accounts, kag constitutional amendments.
Una naman nga ginkakas si Marcoleta bilang vice chairman sang Committee on Good Governance and Public Accountability.
Gin-elect naman sang Kamara si Manila Teachers Party list Rep. Virgilio Lacson bulos kay Marcoleta.

Nag-usisa naman si House Deputy Speaker kag Cebu 5th District Representative Duke Frasco nga amo ang nagapamuno sa session kun may mamalabag sa ginduso ni Baronda.

Matandaan nga isa si Marcoleta sa mga nagdepensa kay Vice President Sara Duterte kaangot sa kuwestiyunable nga paggasto sang pondo sini sa Department of Education (DepEd) sang 2022 kag sa Office of the Vice President (OVP).
