Ginpirmahan na ni Senate Pres. Chiz Escudero ang subpoena para sa mga top contractor nga wala nakatambong sa hearing sang Senate Blue Ribbon Committee may kaangtanan sa ginaalega maanomaliya nga flood control projects.
Sa isa ka statement, ginpahayag sang opisina ni Escudero nga ang mga subpoena ang ipadala sa subong nga adlaw, Agosto 26.
Ang walo ka construction firms nga wala nagtambong sa una nga imbestigasyon sang Senate Blue Ribbon panel sa flood control ang ginalakipan sang mga masunod:

- Mr. Lawrence R. Lubiano, President of Centerways Construction and Development Inc.
