Ginpanindugan ni outgoing Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) commissioner Babes Singson ang kakulangan sa budget kag suporta sang ginhimo ang komisyon sang Setyembre sa bisa sang Executive Order No. 94.
“The problem is people… see that ICI will solve their whole problem, there’s no way, I’m telling you,” pahayag ni Singson.
“People’s expectations should not rely only on one institution, of a committee that was hurriedly executed,” dugang pa niya.
